Welcome to Oracly (灵谕). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Oracly.

1. What Oracly is

Oracly provides AI-generated tarot readings and reflections. It is for entertainment and self-reflection only. Readings are not advice and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal guidance, and we make no claim that they predict the future. You are responsible for your own decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Oracly or to subscribe.

3. Oracly Pro subscription

Oracly Pro is a recurring subscription billed at $6.99 / month (USD). It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from My Journey or via the link in your receipt email; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access remains until the end of the paid period. 4. Payments

Payments are processed by our reseller / Merchant of Record, Creem, who handles billing, receipts, and applicable taxes. Oracly never sees or stores your full card details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to break the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

6. No warranty & limitation of liability

Oracly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
